DAVID C BRADLEY
Managing Director
David originally trained as a Quantity Surveyor, working with a number of large contractors in general construction, civil engineering and development industries before becoming a consultant for a number of construction firms.
David has rich entrepreneurial experience, after setting up a QS consultancy he diversified and established a small sportwear manufacturing business and later a franchise business in the leisure industry, which he grew and exited. More recently he was a non-executive director of a logistics business operating on the Amazon Marketplace.
Since October 2019 David has relocated to Freetown to work exclusively with The Kolat Brick Company to oversee development and growth.

ISAAC YIRA KOROMA
Operations Manager
Isaac studied Environmental Sciences and came to Kolat with a background in management and logistics, He has been in a management position within the brick business since 2016. During this time, he has developed a deep technical understanding and knowledge of the business, the processes and systems. As operations manager Isaac is responsible for oversight of the production process, employee management, financial and quality control. He is a very highly motivated, key member of the team.

DAVID KAMARA
Non-Executive Director
David will be supporting the establishment and scaling of Kolat Brick Company Limited, operating as a Non-Executive Director. Operating as CEO of actb Savings & Loans, David has 20 years’ experience in the Microfinance Sector in Sierra Leone and is a highly respected figure in the field, having served for many years as the Chairman of the Sierra Leone Association of Microfinance Institutions (SLAMFI).

BEN CORLEY
Non-Executive Director
Ben will be supporting the establishment and scaling of Kolat Brick Company Limited, operating as a Non-Executive Director. Ben works with Truestone Inpact Investment and travels regularly on behalf of the organisation to Sierra Leone where he is a non-executive director of several investee companies including Kolat.
Ben recently completed a Diploma in Financial Strategy at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School. He holds a B.Sc (First Hons) in Business Management from King’s College London and additional qualifications in investment management and corporate finance.

PAUL SZKILER
Non-Executive Director
Paul’s career spans almost 40 years of working in the City of London, in the financial services industry. He has spent much time in the voluntary sector, including co-founding the international charity ‘Children in Crisis’. Paul and his company Truestone are well known in the social impact investment world for pioneering innovative private equity approaches, most notably in establishing a number of companies in West Africa. He is the founder of A Call to Business, which is an international organisation focusing on discipleship in the marketplace. Most recently in 2015 Paul has also moved into the hotel industry and continues to develop themes attempting to integrate the spheres of society with an emphasis on biblical thinking.
